About Us
A wonderful story teller, Helena certainly has an interesting background to draw from! Arriving in the gorgeous Penedès wine region west of Barcelona, she converted her home - beautifully located in a vineyard - into this charming and unique B&B, and she’s still conducting wine classes and tastings as well as arranging wine tours.

A native of Sweden, Helena left California to move to Spain after a 24 year stint that covered TOURISM – she started the first Los Angeles based wine tour business, FOOD – catered and worked as private chef for such entertainment personalities as Frank Zappa and Julius Epstein (writer of Casablanca) WINE – teaching wine classes and writing articles as well as being a partner in a small Napa Valley winery, and MUSIC as a singer/song writer.
